Personal data processing

Privacy notice

Under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), this notice explains how we process your personal data when you complete the Tech-Check and request the PDF report.

2. Data we collect

  • Contact details: full name, work email, company name and professional role.
  • Questionnaire answers: the 12 scores you provide on a 1–7 scale and the scores calculated for the framework’s four areas.
  • Minimal technical metadata: date and time of submission. We do not use profiling cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics tools.

3. Why we process your data

We process your data to:

  • Generate and deliver the requested report (legal basis: performance of a request made by the data subject, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • Follow up where relevant about the KPI framework and related advisory services (legal basis: legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who we share data with

Your data is processed only by Marco De Vecchi and the following external processors, each bound by contractual data-protection obligations:

  • Brevo SAS (France): contact management and email delivery.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States, subject to EU Standard Contractual Clauses): website hosting and execution of the function that records your request.
  • Cal.com Inc. (United States, subject to EU Standard Contractual Clauses): only if you book a call.

Your data is not disclosed, sold or transferred to other parties for commercial purposes.

5. How long we retain data

Contact details and questionnaire answers are retained while a legitimate interest in an advisory follow-up exists. You may request deletion or object to processing at any time.

6. Your rights

As a data subject, you may exercise the rights provided by Articles 15–22 GDPR:

  • Access to and a copy of your data
  • Correction of inaccurate data
  • Erasure
  • Restriction of processing
  • Data portability
  • Objection to processing

7. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted HTTPS transmission, restricted access, strong passwords and two-factor authentication on systems that process data.
